Waxed By An Esthetician understands that the privacy of your personal information is important to you, so we have established privacy policies and practices. This notice explains how your data will be used, shared, or otherwise handled by Waxed By AN Esthetician. By visiting waxedbyanesty.com an or Waxed By An Esthetician (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Accordingly, you should check the date of this policy and review any changes since the last posted version. If at any time, you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please cease use of the Site. Your continued use of our Site constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy. The Site is owned and operated by Esthetic Education Association LLC.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. When you use our dedicated social media tags (such as on Instagram or Twitter) at Waxed By An Esty request, or those that uniquely identify or are specifically associated with Waxed By An Esty (including our registered trademarks, such as #WaxedByAnEsty, or any other similar social media tag in any way related to Waxed By An Esty, you agree to provide Waxed By An Esty with an unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, fully paid-up, transferable, worldwide license to reproduce and use the uploaded content and associated image(s), in Waxed By An Esty marketing materials and through all social media channels.
